Our on-site service is available for customers who want the peace of mind that comes from having an expert and trained professional to setup and configure their large format products within their small to large workgroup or networking environment. We provide all labour and travel for hardware support on a per-incident basis as described by the customer. All key components are installed, including drivers, accessories and consumables. A basic overview of how to install consumables and how to operate and clear paper jam. We install the hardware base driver for connection to a network print server, if necessary configure the printer in either the Windows standalone or Windows NT or Novell or Mac networking environment using the TCP/IP protocol. Customer is required to have the person or people responsible for managing the network environment available during installation.
There may be slight variation in service level depending on type of hardware and service required.

One of our technicians can provide a complete cleaning and calibration service from £225.00 exc. VAT.  (Estimates for repair will be provided if additional parts are required).

We have in-house HP DesignJet Full Service and Repair facility.  Our Technicians are ready and able to repair or maintain your Hewlett-Packard DesignJet Plotter on-site.

If your Designjet printer is out of warranty, please ask for a 12 Month Post Warranty Contract, which include all parts and labour.
