TCS provides free telephone technical assistance for most of our products. Most of our products are supplied, resold and delivered with some kind of manufacturer's standard warranty. All new HP DesignJet Printers are supplied with minimum 12 months on-site HP parts and labour warranty unless extended or agreed in writing otherwise.
We are unable to support "off-the-shelf" software and those products, which the manufacturer supports directly. Please call, fax or send an email to verify with your invoice number and date of purchase. See the manufacturer contacts link for various contact methods.

For Repair/Service or Return of faulty Goods
In the unlikely event of a technical problem with a product that you have purchased from us, it will be most expedient for you to contact the manufacturer direct to arrange either an exchange or repair rather than involving us.
However if you cannot contact the manufacturer or they are not able or not willing to exchange/repair the product that you have purchased please call us to report and we will deal with the problem for you.
