This Care Pack offers next business day on-site response - For issues that cannot be resolved remotely, an authorized HP Services representative arrives at your site the next working day after your call has been logged and for which you have a contracted service window.

HP Services returns your covered hardware to operational condition, repairing or replacing components or entire units as necessary. Your coverage includes all required parts, labour and materials.

Please note : this care pack should be purchased and registered within 12 months of equipment purchase date i.e. while standard warranty is in place. The response time may vary if you are outside the mainland or based in extreme far areas. These service is available between 8:00 am - 5:00 pm Monday through Friday, excluding holidays.
